Ryan Sinclair is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of National Trade Services Group, a nationwide trade services platform built to simplify how organizations manage electrical, HVAC, and facility-level work across multiple locations. He founded the company to address a persistent industry challenge: fragmented vendors, inconsistent standards, and limited visibility when managing trade work at scale.
Ryan brings over a decade of leadership and operational experience rooted in both military service and commercial operations. A U.S. Army veteran, he developed a disciplined, mission-focused approach to leadership, planning, and accountability that continues to shape how he builds organizations and teams. His military background instilled a strong emphasis on standards, safety, and follow-through—principles that are foundational to National Trade Services Group’s operating model.
Following his military service, Ryan worked across complex, multi-site infrastructure programs in diverse markets, gaining deep experience in vendor networks, compliance requirements, and national-scale coordination. His background informs the company’s focus on clear frameworks, professional partnerships, and scalable systems that support consistent outcomes across geographies.
